Don't waste money on X41's just get X31's. I've had the for a few days and they are amazing. Well worth the money ;D

Nah nah dont listen to him waste your money on them there totally worth it, Sound, Feeling, Confortability, and everything else wise. There totally worth the price.

are u lot mad !!! x41's are obviously loads better x41s have surround sound which makes locating noises / footsteps super easy . x31s are stereo so all you can work out is they are either on the left or the right . get the x41s they are far far superior . if you cant afford them get second hand x4s coz about the same price as x31s but again they have surround sound and are a much much better headset. if you're not stressing about the money then buy hpx 1s and an astro mixamp . its about the best setup money can buy . hpx 1's are on turtle beach website ( limexbox360 for europe )about £75/$115 and mixamp is from astrogaming.com about £100/$150. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED . TRUST ME!!! i have owned x4s x41s i have used x31s (not all that but def loads better than a standard headset). current setup is hpx 1's with astro mixamp . when it comes to locating noises/footsteps the hpx 1's are pinpoint accurate. the x4s/x41's have much better bass than the hpx1's but i think that sometimes makes it trickier when you are trying to workout where sounds are coming from . when its all going off and there are grenades exploding everywhere and gunfire all over the place the x4s/x41s get kind of cloudy i think is the best way to describe it where as the hpx's do not struggle at all. i also prefer the fact the hpx's are wired rather than wireless , it means no strange crackling noises , no batteries running out etc .

1. TB HPX 1's with astro mixamp

2. TB X41's

3. ASTROS

4. TB X4's

5. TRITONS

X1's are enough though, I know a few friends that have a pair and you can't really go wrong with them.
If you wanna more though I strongly recommend Astro A40's. They're the best headset on the market, I really don't care what anyone else says, it's just the way it is.
With the Astro A40's you can here a footstep from the other side of the map.
