I doubt you have $10,000 to spend on a computer, and normally I wouldn't even waste my time, but:
Case: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
Motherboard: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
Processor (x2): [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
Graphics Cards (x4): [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
RAM (x2): [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
SSD: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
HDD (x3): [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
Power Supplies (x2): [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
Drives (x2): [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
Cooling: Would be custom, anywhere from $300-$500.
and if you really want to be a man..
SSD (x4): [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
and, of course, accessories:
Keyboard: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
Mouse: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
Headset: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
That's the best computer money can buy, as of 2/11/11. Note that to be "the best" you'd have to get 4 1TB SSDs @ $3,000/each. If you seriously have $10,000 let me know and I'll make a computer for $10,000 that's more serious and not outrageous.

The Xeon and i7 980X are about the same in speed, however: when you get Xeon with this motherboard, it's capable of running 2 processors which makes 12 cores (24 virtual) compared to the 6 core i7 980X. Finally, yes.. it can run Windows 7 Ultimate along with any program you throw at it x50..
