Being a toker, I would say there is too much restriction on the drug.

Think about it, do you think that a young lad caught smoking deserves to spend a a couple weeks under a roof with murderers and rapists ? for smoking a plant... that grows in the ground?

It really pleases me to see that you actually admit it's bad for you. That's all I ever want to hear. I don't care if my friends smoke, i just hate when they justify themselves and say it's not bad for you. It IS bad for you. Just like smoking cigarettes and drinking alcohol. Vaporizers are ten times better for you than smoking, but THC isn't the best for you either, but it definitely isn't nearly as harmful as the smoke inhalation. Thank you for not being a douchey stoner.

Too all of you asking if this is legal...Yes it is,when you walk into a public school many of your rights are diminished. For example,in a public school you have your freedom of speech but it is diminished,you can't go around screaming "I HATE THE PRINCIBLE, **** THIS SCHOOL" They can and will most likely punish you for that. Your right that they can't search you without a warrant,gone. If it is on their property,you do not own the locker they are providing you. The random drug testing,it still applies. Even though my name suggests I do drugs. I do not. I am personally against drugs,but I'm not against people who do them,it is their fault if they get caught and get arrested or get punished. Do whatever you want but do not start crying about how it's unconstitutional for your things to be searched and you being tested on school property when you get in trouble.

Thats why I didn't go to school the first day cuz they do random drug tests and I went to the Eminem concert the week b4 and you can guess how much weed there was
