i just bought a jtag and i opened it and it has the jtag wires and the lpd port all set up when i turn it on its 6683 or something like that i plug in my hdd and try to run xex menu and doesent boot corupted filee so i try to run xell nothing do i need to jtag it and get the nand and put xell on it wat please willing to pay for best answer

You will have to get your nand and update it to the kinect dash (not hard) Also, if you have a usb then transfer an xex menu from your usb to your HDD, that might make it better. Also does it have the normal wires plus the LPT Port?

You don't need to update it to kinect dashboard.. all he needs is a new Xex just install it on your computer then put it in, and if you have a transfer cable you can re-install it and if that doesn't work you got scammed

If you know what your doing then go ahead and try to jtag it again. It may have been a bad jtagger and he might of screwed something up. If ANY of the wires are loose thats a problem

ok they do have the orignal wires with lpd port inside and i want xex menu so i can update the kinect dash board thats all i want

try sending it to some in the marketplace thats a sticky, and have them fix it
