Ok i have seen about 12 posts saying 3ARC are going to ban you for glitchs THEY WONT and go tell me they will but your the people that dont stand up for there selfs the reasons they wont ban you and cant ban you is as follows
1.glitchs are there problem its a fault in the coding of there game if you codded your own they could ban you but its them that codded it wrong
2.if you were baned for a glitch you have every right to take 3ARC to court and take out a law suit its a bit extreme but its called "CONSUMER RIGHTS"
if you were to bring 3ARC to a judge you are most likly to win as its called unfair dis-missile they would have to fund you for a new account and pay for all that xbox live you had it may not be much but if you think about it they ban about 4 million people for glitching and lets say its $50 for 12 months xbox live 50x4,000,000=is a wopping 200 million dollars so 3ARC are really losing i think they would rather let people glitch insted of losing 200 million dollars wouldn't you

It seems like you haven't been paying attention. Plenty of people have been banned for exploiting various glitches.

Lol,I logged on just to post that your English is terrible and that when you bought the game if you look at the Terms of Use you will see that there are multiple places where they state that they can ban you for "Glitching".

ITS STILL WRONG BUT you could just say i didnt know it was a glitch i taught it was surpossed to be there because i didnt put it in the game

They can look back at the games and they can tell the difference between an accidental glitch and you meaning to do it. They're not that dumb.
Besides, like someone else has pointed out, they've said from the get go that they will ban you for glitching etc. and they can do so.
As for them having to pay out for LIVE and stuff that's not even remotely true, they could quite easily unban you for a start as they're banning you from their own servers, not Xbox LIVE itself. They're perfectly aware of what they can and cannot do legally.

I was legit 10th, got banned and reset for the gold gun "glitch" not really fair but $hit happens....

i got banned and reseted for SnD multiplayer glitch but didnt bother me
