Is the problem ocurring several times? If so, try closing out of the program and restarting it. If not, try deleting the program and try to re-install it. It just looks like a problem with an installation process. Is the program new?

If you click on Options, then projects and solutions, there is a project templates location. Check the location is correct.
the default is C:\Users\User Name\Documents\Visual Studio 2008\Templates\ProjectTemplates (For Vista and Windows 7)
Or XP if C:\Documents and Settings\User Name\My Documents\Visual Studio 2008\Templates\ProjectTemplates
Hope this helps!!
