I'm going to clear this up and then close this post. With reference to my previous post of course so anyone who didn't read it can now do so.

Jtags are capable of going on live, that fact has been demonstrated by the various members such as Eaton who are capable of hosting. Its nothing to do with flashed Xbox's, its nothing to do with Hotswapping.
