Like i said last night when we were playing, I highly doubt they can ban you. It's a flaw in the game. So if i ever get banned, I'm calling up microsoft/Treyarch and going to demand a refund on my game and the money i spent for the DLC or just to un ban me.

They can't ban people for there own flaws, And if it happens a lot, I can see lawsuits happening.
