I have - ipod touch 3g (MC model)
version - 4.2.1 (updated itunes and ipod)
windows 7 32 bit operating system.

using green poison jailbreak from [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

and it does NOT go into dfu mode... tried like over 100 times ... no joke

i restored many times .. i tried it while it was turned off and on .. watched over 20 videos on how to do the jailbreak and it still doesn't work

can anyone help ? +rep if you can

first use redsnow to go to DFU MODE then use greenpoision. it will do all the work

uhh no , ipod is more important then jtag..

can anyone help me with the red snow dfu mode link ? or anther method?

yeh.... im downloading this ipsw like 30 min download... i just want it to take me into dfu mode then i can use greenposi0n like the dude said ,,, ill see
there should be a dfu mode tool just to put the ipod into it ;/
