Hey I found out a little trick on mw2 to get host 80% of the time. First start a privet match.(any map the gameplay you want) Play for a little. Kill yourself. End the game. You start up any game-type and vote the map as fast as you can. Then your done.

Or you could just get a really good internet connection.
