They should be on your HDD unless you deleted them.

Saved games will be lost unless you have a transfer cable and drag the saved games into modio and change the profile IDs to the account you want to use.

ok thanks everyone i dont really care about saved game data i just dont want to lose my dlc's and arcade games that i payed for. dont care to much about gamerscore...

yea you can redownload it aslong as you havent deleted the system chash
