Instructions:

go to player match with a friend hosting it and press "prestige mode" then press "more info" then press "continue" then HIGHLIGHT (don't press) "prestige"

while highlighting it, friend switches to combat training. then you press "prestige" and it will derank you to previous prestige lvl 1.

NOTE: you must be level 50 (whatever prestige) online.
