Although no tutorial was posted, does not mean he cannot host these.
Just because you want the tutorial, does not mean that he is going to release it due to popular demand.
Because to be honest, it will be patched.
If he does not release it, only limited people will know it, and therefore possibly never patched.
So cut this guy some slack.
