okay when you start look at the bit where the stairs go down. get points and open the door to the left. go to the window thats on the left through the door. look in the distance and there is something like a teddy or monkey bomb on the wall/pillar, shoot it and hey presto! *alot of pickups should fly out*

Also, the reason you cant get it to work is that you need atleast an upgraded weapon to do it.
