well im using my computer right now because ipad has stoped charging and is not charging at all
All im asking for is Some suggestions on how to fix it and do i need the receipt to return it.

take it to the apple store and tell them whats wrong they should fix it for free or if they dont argue and be like this is bs your product doesnt work and demand a free one

nah you dont it wouldent be bad if you had it though.


Apple products use the serial number as "warranty proof".

But if you have deff bring it it makes it a lot faster

You do not need a warranty, but everything will go easyer and qicker with it.

have you tried a new charger or charging it on a different comp or you xbox/PS3
just take it to a apple store and ask if they could help you at all

First of restore to factory settings

if that fails try a new chargers/usb port/computer

again if they dont work if you know how open it up replace battery (ebay sells them)

if you cant replace it phone best buy ask them what they will do
