I think I did the tutorial, but not the ban warning. I did add the note at the bottom of the post concerning banning, but my post did not completely focus on the banning itself.

If they do patch this the patch might not be capable to those who don't have the map pack. I'm assuming that if they weren't capable of the patch because they do not have the required contents installed if they did send out an update we would have people running different patches which would interfere with gaming, wouldn't it? That is the purpose of the jTag, to run a different patch than everyone else isn't it? But they don't allow that, so they are pretty much stuck without patching capabilities aren't they?

They would patch the DLC. If you downloaded ascension after the patch, you would download the patched version. If you downloaded the DLC before the patch you would have to update before playing on live.

obv if you keep one or 2 peeps on the ground it that would fix that whole noise
