I found out why i was banned. I had "msg me for 10th" on it. Im talking throught with them to see if it will still be a perminant suspension.
Hello. Recently i have been issued a perminant bann over Xbox Live. I do not know why. The email gave me no information to what i did. I tried calling xbox and they didnt even know. They said they dont have anything in my acc history about a bann. this was issued at 5:49 eastern time. Here is the email:
In the email they said: due to attempts to extract account information from other playersand/or attempts to use the Xbox LIVE service for commercial purposes. This conduct was discovered in your profile, your activities, and/or your communications.
it also said: Unauthorized gamertag recovery
well i had a friend come over on the weekend and he recovered his account which he is the rightful owner of. I will not disclose his acc name.
When i try to post a forum about it on xbox i cant even sign in because my acc is locked.
all i want to know is why did this happen and how do i fix this.

Because your conduct is in violation, the LIVE Enforcement Team has issued a permanent suspension.
During your suspension, you will not be able to log into Xbox LIVE. Your Xbox LIVE privileges will not be reinstated.
Customer Support is not able to modify or provide any further details about your suspension.
Microsoft expects that all customers abide by the Code of Conduct. The Code of Conduct provides guidelines for appropriate behavior while using the service.

Well did you ask for a email or password? If Live can't do anything about this change your motto to something really bad and they might ban you for 2 days or 2 weeks and then you will be unbanned.
