ive already done that EXACTLY and in the email it said "customer support can not disclose any information about your bann."

please i would like just a simple explanation

i hope this will be resolved soon. but for now im gonna have to stay on here

it means you have an account that isnt yours that you stole.

no i did not. i think these are stupid but i did have a friend over and we transfered his account which he was the legal owner of so i dont think that is a problem. He had the pass and everything

You may want to ask Microsoft regarding your ban.
