Could be the quality of the discs, what brand are they?

Not sure then try cleaning the disc again or something, if it still isn't working reply

either your disc is scratched or maybe perhaps you dnt have enough space on your hdd?

im guessing, when you burned the disc did the burning spped go up/down a lot at one point?

example; burning at 4x but suddenly goes down to 2x?(or reverse)

and was the buffer at around 100% most of the time? or did it run out at one point?
