Do not ask for rep. Also, have there been any nosy people who rummaged through the game files and found any Wunderwaffe texture or sound files? If so, then this could be another step after the Death Machines.

It wouldnt be another part to the easter egg because its a glith and treyarch wouldnt allow u to do this glitch if they new so really dont buy the door because when i did it then got off and tryed to do the lander glitch the glitch was broke

Buying the door does not ban or break the lander glitch. Try again, you were probably just in the wrong spot.
