I recommend you first ask her out to make sure that she wants to, however once that is settled if I was in your shoes I would then go to her dad with her and try to work out a compromise. I had a similar situation with my ex-girlfriend a few months back, and he respected me fter I approached in that way. Never try to do anything behind his back cause that will make him lose all trust in you.

Try to tell her dad how importend his daughter is for your and that you understand him that he want to protect some one wo is so beatiful but make him clear that you never will hurt her and that you just want her best!

i do agree with him all the way about protecting her from us "pigs" an he may say... but he is a lil harsh about it

If u havent met the dad meet him if hes a hard ass then just ask her out and keep it secret if hes nice then be a suck up and hell prob say yes
