when i first logged in UT it said that im a loyal customer and get 2 free gold packs is this true or a lie

well if you had Fifa 10 UT then you get 2 free gold packs if you didn't have that then there is no other way

when i went on FIFA11 i didnt get 2 free and i had FIFA 9 10 and 11 LooooL
