the iso itself is stealth patched(m$ wont ban you)
but 3arc sees it as infections

so yes you can get banned

i suggest doing it on a spare account
if you do it on your main account then i suggest private matchs, you have less of a chance of getting banned in a private match


that's not true at all I just got banned for using infections in a private match with a jtagged xbox in 25 minutes! ridiculous!

Don't download to HDD just hotswap it.
