Alright not going to lie it kinda got me a first but then i looked into it and saw the flaws.

1) Even if you are extracting and swapping the xex's your still breaking the signature in the XeX your swapping in. The RSA has to be removed.

2)After swapping xex's from the clean to modded it won't run on your retail as the signature on that xex has been broken there fore it being unsigned code which doesnt allow it to run on a retail.

3) This is the same method as world at war, if this method actually worked we would be doing it the day the ff's were cracked.

4) Treyarch already had a huge game failure due to ISO mods, they obviously will change the exploit and patch it so it doesn't happen again. They are not dumb enough to let 2 games go to :idea: (modding wise, cause black ops legit play is already trash)


But ya thats a explanation of why this won't work. This method was untested before release clearly.

It's patched i just tried it and it said the game as been updated to an incompatible version

Is it really worth it? You could get banned and you can basically just get one of those file share mods and it would be almost the same thing. Nice find though.
