You will need painkiller and a tactical insertion to do this glitch. You start out by going to the radiation zone towards the left of the heli pad. You keep on dying until painkiller is activated. Then you run into the radiation while staying next to the wall as far as you can. If you did the glitch the right way then you should be in the radiation zone without dying!

Sorry man but this is SO OLD, and has been posted like a hundred times on here lol, alot of people are already aware of this 'glitch'.
