I HAVE UPGRADED TO [fade:7f57a49822]3.56[/fade:7f57a49822]AND I WAS WONDERING COULD I DOWNGRADE TO 3.55 THEN JAILBRAKE MY PS3 ? AND IF SO WOULD I GET CONSOLE BANNED >?

Nope. Developers such as Kakarotos says that it will be a very long time if ever, be able to downgrade or manipulate 3.56. He says those on 3.55 are the only ones that should expect to see future custom firmwares for now.
