grace: we can get you them back but its not guarranteed, we have had many of these calls and all the staff have had emails what to do in your situation. i am currently printing out your ticket and it will be sent to the investigation department and you will be emailed what is going to happen. i would recommend staying off ultimate team for about 24-48 hours.
