Do you have any way his story could be true?
Like could the xbox have just been working without the cap and then too much current built up and there wasn't a cap to hold it? And if I took a pic of the bottom of the mobo could you tell me if there's a missing resistor?

I have recently acquired a JTAG, and the seller had the JTAG files not on the Xbox, but on a seperate disc. When I open the disc on my computer, it says config, KV, Nand1, Nand2, and Nand3. What am I supposed to do?

First i would save those 3 nands into a safe folder on your computer.

What exactly are you looking to do with your jtag?

I JUST INSTALLED BLACK OPS TO MY JTAG AND IT LOADED PERFECTLY, BUT WHEN I PUT THE TU4 UPDATE AND THE TU4 FAST FILES WITH THE NEW XP PATCH IT LOADS THE BLACK SCREEN

HELP.
