I am currently taking a course on CSS and HTML. If you would like a free website I will do my best to work on it. There can't be animation (I don't have flash). Also, I am NOT hosting it, I will send you the completed files but you need your own domain name and server. Note the site will only be one page. Remember It's free. If you want something more advanced go to somebody who does paid websites.
