Thundergun/Ascension Theory

So me and my friends were messing around on Kino one day and i got the thundergun. So i was carrying it around and saw the letters C.C.C.P. written in red on the visible side of the gun. I know C.C.C.P. means USSR which is the Russian Space Program...but didnt The Germans make the Thundergun....Why would there be a Russian name on the gun if its German manufactured? I went on the new Ascension map and noticed the same thing....Could this be a clue to the Ascension theories that have been going around?

Heres a link to the picture....you can see the letters in faded red under the black and yellow warning signs closest to the user....

You guys are right. i mean unless we are missing out on some part of the story, then these have to be connected. If anyone can think of anything then id love to hear about it. Keep thinking people 8)
