If somebody has the Map pack 1 on there account ill let them use my Netflix if i can licesense transfer with them

Transfer License does not work like that anymore.
Transfer License only lets you play the maps if the account that bought it is still recovered on your xbox.
But i found you an alternative way to get the maps for free.

Look for the profile to download
then look for the first strike map pack
by scrolling a little more down.
