I have a iso disc with over 200 mods everytime i hotswap it freezes

check the disc for scratches, or try to re-burn it

My laptop can't burn onto dual layered disk's, so I put the 1 Kb DVD file onto a flash drive, and moved it onto another laptop which can. I put the file into Imgburn, and every time I do that, it says "error: specified file cannot be found". What do I do?
