I've palyed a few games in a row and noticed that I seem to get the same bonuses/power-ups everygame. I have not started iver from the menu I just keep playing after I die. This is what I've found let me know if this is the same for you:
Round 2: Double points close to the end of the round.
Round 3: Max Ammo close to the end of the round.
Round 4: Carpenter then Max ammo in the middle of the round.
That is all that I have confirmed. Let me know if it works for you guys and what bonuses you get next rounds and see if it's the same. I will update this if it is true.

At end of round 2, I got nuke+2x with a grenade in tunnel.. >.<

I just played another game and it wasn't the same. Maybe there is a pattern to it?
