Please READ just because I have no rep doesn't mean Im not on to something
Alright don't hate but maybe 3arc made the death machines the reward for the nodes. This was just made to help you guys not waste your Time. But there is a rumor that most likely aren't true but "there is a secret room where you the ppsh some WaW gun and the wonder waffle because the ascension poster had them on it."
Also there is is a another rumor which is reasonable saying there will be an update for zombies were they will add the weapons above (wonder waffle & ppsh) where they will be put in the random box. So maybe they will update the map to finish the nodes.
So 3arc mostly likely unfinished the nodes to keep us interested in there bad game
and are monitoring the other theories on this site and when the subject dies down they will update and every body is interested again.

There is defiantly something after the DM's, also why would they put the wonderwaffle and the winter's howl in the ascension poster?
