Just tell him it would be a profit to buy it because in the long run a jtag brings in more cash than you originally paid for it if you know how to use it right

If he doesn't buy that then just have a fit (works %1000 of the time lol)

If he says no, say you can repay in about 3 months and it will make money long term. Say it also covers it's own costs and 200 and in like 6 months you can make like 600

Also, offer to chip in with your own money
