1st DL the Psd and pick the base bg i have or make your own.
2) pick the letter you want and make the stokre of the letter the color your using
3) make a vertical Text With the word you want scrolling down. in saize 9 or 12
4) add a 1 pixle storke to that
5) copy over as many times as needed changeing the color and keeping it base on the overal color scheme
6) Retiz a type layer then Create subclipings then drag the rest of the text inbetween the 2
7) then move them randomly up and down
then move them all the way up of the screen
8) then make a new layer in teh amm section then drag all the text layers down.
9) then clikc othat one button with the balls and Make it around 20
10) after you get it ot your likeing then Make a new layer prees CTLand A Then do what i just did to get a boarder all the way around it
11) then save how i do in the video
