hey when i go to system update it says i can update to 3.56 when i already am i am playing online please help

You should feel lucky. You seem to be on 3.55 & 3.56 at the same time.

MY ADVICE :
Jailbreak your ps3 while you still can using 3.55 jailbreak ;)

Sony are not allowed to brick your system the most they can do is stop you from going online.

Yea ok try this reset your network settings on your ps3 leave it for a minute and reconnect see if this works.

There are two 3.56 update. They brought out another one because the original 3.56 was messing up some Ps3 consoles.
