Hello, I have been using Xport360 for a long time now since I got my transfer cable to get gamerpics and dlc and stuff like that but I recently started getting GoD games and XBLA games. They are all working fine and a problem occured tonight about 40 minutes ago. I was downloading World at War and when it finished downloading I put that and its profile into my hard drive where i usually have the games and profiles (it was in the correct place).

I went to my xbox to play the game and it started up normally, I could go to multiplayer, create classes, leaderboards etc. but when i started up a game of zombies or multiplayer or campaign it froze my xbox, so i thought, ok, i probably just need to delete it and inject it again, so i delete the profile with items, and I delete WaW from my hard drive, And 40 minutes ago I attempt to re-inject it into my hard drive but when I try to open the content folder it freezes, and xport 360 crashes.

Any advice? the results are as follows;

Xport 360 - Crashes on opening the content folder
Xplorer360 - Unable to open partition 3 folder
Modio - Freezes and crashes upon injecting file
Party Buffalo Drive Explorer - opens content and profile folders but fails to open 0000000000000000 folder.

I was considering formatting my hard drive but was just wondering, if i format it, will i lose all my purchased items and will i be able to recover my gamertag after i format it?

Also, do you think formatting could solve the problem and if you have had this problem before how did you fix it?
