The reason is because I have mine but it's limited because I sold a file, and made them pay as a gift because they would just dispute if I let them pay as service. So PayPal limited me for making this customer pay in a personal way.

I need a PayPal account that is not limited and I do not need your credit card or address. I will change all that once I am done. I cannot start a new one because I do not feel comfortable inserting my information to PayPal and people I sell to, there are a lot of creeps in the world. No offence.

If you have one please aim or email or even PM here. It would be greatly appreciated.
