Look for your motherboard drivers either on the internet or some come with a disc with all the drivers on it. If you have a sound card make sure all of the drivers are up to date. Just make sure that all the drivers are updated. If that doesn't work I really have no idea. If you have a sound card just make sure its connected properly and that the drivers are up to date. Hope this helps
