Check the very bottom. There is a signature you can see. Also there is some other english phrases there that say it is a military report. Also at the very top you can see the the word "Lieutenant". Hope this helps. Otherwise keep searching on it and make sure it is the letter with the picture.

well i am positive that the code is at LEAST hinting something but im not sure about the papers. I dont have any recording software but if anyone wants to get a really close up look at the handwritten signiture at the bottom of the letter and get a hi-res picture that would be great because maybe other people could figure it out because the last name confuses me....

It wont... Why would it... It says moon cause you are in a cosmodrone with a rocket that is most likly planned to go to the moon.

I'm surprised, you're one of the only other people in this that realized that they're launching the rocket to the moon.. Also this has alot more evidence of what the next zombie map will be Forums/viewtopic/t=905226.html.
