This is something I'm still researching, but you have to realize that this was along time ago, but look now , tell me who is the last person in the gov. With anything like aids, u also have to realize polio doesn't "kill" aids and HIV do.....

Well, FDR is the only one I can really think of besides Fidel Castro who had to have digestive surgery and having stepped down his brother Ral Castro took his position. But again, most likely wouldn't kill.
