Was ripping a game through xexmenu when the jtag froze so i powered it off then when i went to power it on it started to boot and froze during boot up and kept freezing, now its gving me 2 RROD (bottom 2 led, 3 and 4 player) and isnt displaying anything on screen. We eventually got it to start booting again like before where it would freeze. the HDD is unplugged, i have tried power cycling it, even put an older 100% positively good nand on it through Xell and its still giving same issue. Right now its going to 2 RROD (bottom 2) no image on screen. Secondary error code is weird tho, its 3[nothing]31... like 3 leds, no leds, 3 leds, 1 led and i cant find anything on this issue. Anyone know what the problem might be...

Its possible that it is a NAND error along with overheating.

what kind of nand error would it be tho? Flashed a 100% working nand back onto it and still the same problem so im certain its not a nand error. possible that it is overheating issue but what else could it be? is it possible the 1N4148 diode burnt out or something like that?

If you have bolt kit, 2 RROD is not Jtag/Software related, it's overheating...
Just take it apart and re adjust the bolts and try again..

as nitz0 said...
you can try to reflow it seeing how its freezing which is a gpu issue.
Stop playing with it before you kill the board. 8)

just make sure all the wires are still attached in the xbox/jtag because if one is is coming out it will make it freeze
