Load it up in iTunes and restore to factory settings and then try the jailbreak again

Download RecBoot, it takes it out of DFU / Recovery mode at the push of a button.

First, make sure you are on Apple's newest software update for your iPod Touch, Next Just follow the steps that it says, if you mess up, it will say in GreenP0ison that JailBreak failed, you need to try again, if you get that, restart your device, and try again, if it seems to be stuck in DFU mode while jailbreaking, or The jailbreak seems to be taking way to long, then you may not be on the correct software (4.2.1)
