Proxies can be used in many ways, they are mostly used to bypass ip bans from sites.
However they can also be used to help 'bot' your youtube videos.
With legit, new and clean proxies they will count as 'real' people, rather than downloading a batch of 10,000+ proxies which are years old.
Basically i'll be placing new working proxies up here daily, ones that work, ones that are new, ones that will count as 'real views'. =]

So, i just basically, put them into a youtube viewer that allows the aid of proxies thus giving me views and not freezing at 320?

Yeah, if you have a bot, save them and import them into your bot..
Obviously they will freeze because no matter what youtube has to check if they're legit - this usually takes 2/3 hours.
But once they've done, check your video insight details, and the views will be from the UK, US, and Canada and they will be legit; unlike others.

When my views get frozen how long are they normally frozen for?

Are any of these proxy ips from the best viewer or w,e it's called in that sticky on how to improve your popularity?

If not, thanx, any do you know how many there are?

Views can freeze for upto 4/5 hours, just depends how many views you get in a small amount of time.
Say you got 1,000 views, and it froze on 300ish, it would take longer to un-freeze if you had 450 views.
