could be 3 things:
1. Check the disk for scratches
2. re-burn the disk
3. try to re-hotswap it

and oh, which mods do u use? 5.0 or some home made sh*t? home made mosd 99% of the time wont work

But how can you see that you get a good disk drive to hotswap?

all disc drives are good.
