I highly doubt that they will do anything to 10th prestigers and i can thoroughly debunk the "as soon as you buy the map pack and you have modded content you will be banned". First off, IW would have to put some type of patch before you downloaded the map packs. Otherwise, they would be looking at a lawsuit on their hands. Think about it, as soon as you spend your $15 on the map pack, your banned so now you can't play the map packs and now you can't play your account. Even worse, your console is banned and now its going to take some type before you can play them. I think if they did that it would be some type of fraud considering that its a "trap" basically for people with already modded content. They should have banned them PRIOR to the map pack download.(Im not promoting the banning of modders, in fact, i thoroughly support them )If they did do this i think it would be a legit reason to get the Consumer Protection Agency involved.

Yea no ban wave will happen that's what everyone was scared of when the 10th mod first came out but there are just too many people, they can't control it.

I would like to point out that these facts are based on just that, FACTS. I may be wrong on some of them, but these answers are based on all information released
