my account got hacked and wheneve i try call ms its only got the options for hardware support xbox live and kinect i go on the xbox live then it only has billing info setting up an account and canceling an account ? which one ??

when you call them an a automatic voice message comes up just keep saying "Agent" until they transfer your call it will take you saying this about twice or 3 times but they will transfer your call

yh i kept sayin agent and it didnt do nythin s i shoutin f@in agent and it worked
