It depends on personal preferances. I rarely use stopping power, i like;
Scavenger or Sleight Of Hand,
Cold blooded or hardline for perk 2.
Commando or silent foot steps for perk 3.
Its varied from game mode too, S&D i use the above, TDM i mess about and use allsorts
Give them a try mate.

I normally use Scavenger Pro, Marathon Pro, Lightweight Pro & Steady aim pro.. but thats because i have 4perks but normally i would use:

None at all, its a terrible gun. Use a man's gun like a Mini Uzi w/ Silencer OR a vector
