There is another modding program pretty much the same as modio im not sure where it is but i think it was on this site cant remember if u cant find it pm me n i will upload it, its called Eclipse. Hope i helped ya

I know what your problem is 100%.Do you have an Anti virus or Norton Internet Security?If you do you must turn the Download Intelligence (Off).I hope this helped
